Today's women are often overwhelmed by the pressures of "being everything to everyone." With so many balls in the air, we keep ourselves running at a hectic pace in order to achieve that elusive balance we hear so much about: We’re told we can be a loving wife, a dutiful mother, have a successful career, and that we can fulfill our personal dreams and goals during our non-existent spare time. 

Struggling to find the right balance can leave us feeling frustrated, lost, trapped, stressed out, and incapable - not to mention exhausted! Often times it all seems impossible, but I believe we CAN have it all.
